How to create a return:

  • Log into your account, click "My RMA" and "Create a new RMA".

  • Choose the items and its quantity you want to return. Add them to the RMA Box.

  • Click the RMA Box, let us know the issue and your application of refund or exchange.

  • Well done! Our customer service team or your account manager has been notified this return, they will approve this return in 24 hours.

  • Once the return has been approved, You will get a message in your account and email of the RMA number and return address. Please ship the parcel out and update the tracking information.

  • After we receive the package, the return status will be “received” .Our technician will re-check the return products immediately.

  • Once the products conditions have been approved(this will be finished in 28 hours after the receiving) , a refund or exchange will be issued.

We reserve all the right for the final explanation.
